Floor Routine:
Create your own floor routine!! There is a page on the blog that is coming soon to the site, that tells you how to put on a wonderful floor routine. Here are a few types of music that you can dance to:
Hip Hop (for the advanced gymnast.)
Soft music
Jazz
Rap (for the advanced),
An orchestra
Just some examples!!!!!!!
Here is are some dance moves that you do in gymnastics:
Head touching
Front split
Full split
The cartwheel
And many more!
You also have to be flexible to dance.
