How to do a Handstand

1. Get a good wall.
2. Stand in cartwheel position.
3. Place your hands firmly on the ground.
4. With some force, kick onto the wall, but make sure your head is not touching it. Hold for as long as possible.
5. Practice this many times. Then grab a parter. Kick into a handstand, and ask them to hold you until you say you are tired.
6. Do this many times so that you know the movements of your handstand.
7. Try out a headstand. Get a pillow unless you don't need one , and try to kick into a handstand position.
8. If you can't hold your handstand for long, do push ups and pull ups to strengthen your arms.
9. Practice a lot and you should do it!
