Stretches to do a full split part 2

Stretch 4: Try to do your full split. In order to go lower into your split, raise your arms in the air.
If you really need help, get two paperback books, and put your feet on them to help you get more down in your split. It doesn't matter if you can't do it fully yet! Hold your split pose for more than a minute if possible.

Stretch 5: Try a full split! It doesn't matter if you can't get it quite yet... Hold it for as long as you can! If you are almost to the ground, try over splits to help you!
