How to touch your head with your toe

1. Sit on the ground.
2. Pick your front knee and which one will be your back one.
3. When you are done, your position should look like the first one below.
4. Make sure your split is straight, and that it is in a perfect line.
5. With your back leg, raise it up, reaching for your head. If you can't do this, take a look at your split again. If you can't do it, it is possible that your split is not perfect. Try to hold it perfectly, and do the same as you lift your leg up.

You can also do it with both feet. Follow these instructions:
1. Lay on your belly flat.
2. Get both your legs into a 90 degree angle.
3. Bring your body back as far as possible. It may take a little bit to learn, so practice a lot!
