1. Get a good wall, will no things on it, and a good amount of space around you.
2. Lean back until your hands are on it. Then climb down until you are planted on the floor into a backbend.
3. Have a partner with you. Have them hold your waist with both hands.
4. Try to bend back into a backbend.
5. Get a bed or something soft and a bit of feet off the ground. Bend back into a small backbend.
6. Limbo.
7. Place your hands on your waist, and bend back. If possible, when you can bend anymore, while limboing, get out your hands, and fall backwards into a backbend.
8. If you can't do the "if possible" on step 7, get a partner again, and ask them to hold you once more with two hands.
9. This step goes to those to whoever can do a limbo backbend. Have your partner hold you with one hand and bend back.
10. In a few days or weeks you'll be able to do a backbend if you follow these quick and easy steps!
