1. Do only gymnastics you know how to do, and if not comfortable, use a mat. (I didn't have to, because I was used to those things.)
2. Turn on some music that you feel comfortable with, or feel nice about, and make sure it isn't at to much of a fast pace, otherwise you'll have to go right along with the music and might get hurt.
3. Make sure there are know distractions around you while dancing.
4. Set up in a room where there is enough space for you to do your stuff on.
5. Turn on the music, and begin!!
