How to do a Handstand into a Bridge

Step 1: Doing a handstand
1. Stand in cartwheel position.
2. Then, bend down.
3. With a medium force in your legs, kick slightly but not so slightly that you fall backward.

If you can't get this, follow these same basic steps and practice doing them against a wall. Makes sure you kick hard so you will land on the wall. That is why a handstand on a wall is different from a handstand. You can kick as hard as can but keep your balance and strength in your arms. Once you have mastered the handstand, let's move to the next step.

Step 2: Kicking backward

1. Get into a handstand.
2. Then, force your legs, slightly, not strongly, to push backward.
3. Aim straight forward. Not sideways, because then you will fall.
4. Do not be scared, and prepare for a perfect landing, so that it will look like a backbend when finished.
